League Promotions Associate
East & West Valley

  • Starting $20.00 an hour plus commission , on average this will result in $25+ an hour, but varies based on exact promotion and performance.
    • Raises available based on experience and performance.
  • Pay product cost +10% for any products for personal use.
  • All service work 60% off.

Our league promotion associates are responsible for making sure all of the league bowlers in the centers where we are located are aware of the promotions we are running. This is accomplished by handing out flyers, making announcements on the microphone and walking around to answer questions, or sell raffle tickets. This can also include attending league meetings if Virtue Bowling Supply is a sponsor and representing us. 

There will be training provided by Virtue Bowling Supply for all duties listed. No previous experience on the listed duties is needed.  

  • Understanding all of the promotions we are running. 
  • Public speaking on a microphone.
  • Going lane to lane, being inviting, and friendly.
  • Be a point of contact for Virtue Bowling Supply for league officers. 
  • Selling raffle tickets for certain promotions.
  • Collecting and being responsible for funds collected. 
  • Organizing the delivery of any prizes awarded with our team internally.
  • Being available to make announcements to leagues at least once a quarter.  
  • Must be fun, outgoing and easy to talk to. 
  • Comfortable with public speaking on a microphone. 
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Comfortable with going lane to lane to answer questions. 
  • Professional and respectful. 
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team oriented. 

This person will need to be available from 5-7pm Monday through Friday, but only 2-3 times per quarter (3 months). When we have something that needs to be promoted to leagues, you will need to work out your schedule to be able to visit each league, make annoucements and perform the necessary duties for that specific promotion.
